A drone delivering frozen chicken made an emergency landing in Gurugram’s Sector 50, causing panic in the residential area. The drone struck a television antenna before crashing to the ground. The company, Skye Air, stated the emergency landing was due to an obstacle in its path and assured that no injuries or major property damage occurred. However, the residents welfare association emphasized the risk it posed to people on the ground. Authorities confirmed that the company did not have specific permissions and an FIR was registered. The residential society had previously tied up with the drone company for deliveries, though this was the first reported incident.
